Filters work by catching the dirt and dust, which help reduce the chances of them entering and breaking down in your water.

Without your filter, it is likely that quite quickly you will not be able to use your hot tub safely.

Can I clean the hot tub filter?

Cleaning your hot tub filter is an easy task and does not take long. After following the instructions to turn off your tub, remove your filter and give it a wash down, or ideally a gentle blast with your jet washer.

When do I change the filter for a new one?

If you take the step above and regularly clean your filter, depending on how often you are using your hot tub, your filter needs be changed every six months using the approved product. Unless upon inspection you notice damage or foreign material that has become an issue for your filter.
