You don’t like being outdoors when it’s cold.
As the temperature starts taking a dip, your mood may also. Not being outdoors as much, may affect your wellbeing, so taking a warm dip in the open air is a great way to enjoy crisp fresh air whilst enjoying the morning or evening crisp air.
You need to spend more time outdoors
The darker nights really do have a profound effect on our health, some even suffer from SAD (Seasonal affective disorder), which comes and goes with the season. To aid in the reduction of seasonal stress a hot tub is a great way to raise your spirits, improve energy levels, help with sleep, and reduce anxiety, just by having that little bit more time in your hot tub.
Do you like Star gazing?
I love sitting in the hot tub with the family and discuss what star constellation is over our head, from ‘The plough’ aka big dipper, to the North star, discover what the constellations are, and their stories makes for a lovely evening in with the family.
Keep being Social
Autumn typically sees a drop in numbers of events and entertainment with friends as we start to save for Christmas or the dark nights make it less attractive to go out, but a hot tub social event is a great way to keep close to your friends and family.
